I find this during difficult to complete because I have not been a patient of Yeovil District Hospital. I am a patient at the Buttercross Surgery and so far am treated med. My conditions - are hypertension, asthma and arthritis of the spine and potential left hip determination for which I am being treated so far well.

I have many concerns about the current way that the people of Somerton are being served by the Health Center; but this system of having a specialist from Yeovil hospital attend specific clinics, was excellent (possibly cutting out many middle men). The service I received was quick, giving me all the options, thus with expert support I was able to select the best treatment to suit the present state of my condition, within one week, including a visit to Yeovil for an x ray. If we are having a shortage of doctors, making better use of these specialist practitioners, should not be considered as filling the gaps, but giving the patients a better and quicker service/treatment.

It was good because physiotherapist listened, examined me then made a plan of investigation straight away. (X-ray, ultrasound, Oasis Clinic).
